1. How It Works

Share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, make announcements, or welcome customers to your store.

Most of our digital files are ready the moment you check out — download and print straight away. Personalized designs are a little different. They're made just for you, so we'll need a little time to bring your story to life. We'll send your files as soon as they're ready. You can download your files up to 10 times. Save them somewhere safe — they're yours to keep.

2. Returns & Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed. Something not working? A file won't open or something feels off? Reach out to us at little.luna.design.store@gmail.com — we'll always find a way to make it right.
