Physical Products

We want you to love every Little Luna piece. If something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at little.luna.design.store@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will do our best to make it right.

Please note that personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you. However, if there is a problem with your order, we are always here to help.

Digital Products

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on downloadable files once they have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please reach out to us at little.luna.design.store@gmail.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
