Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Little Luna, every piece is thoughtfully designed to become part of your family's story. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

1. Returns for Physical Products

14-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests for eligible, non-personalized physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and tags, where applicable.

To request a return, please email little.luna.design.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable return-related customs charges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error.

2. Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Our personalized and custom-made products are designed specifically for each customer and may include custom illustrations, personal stories, names, and other individually requested design elements.

Because these items are created specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a personalized or custom-made order before design or production work has begun.

Once personalized design or production work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. Depending on the work already completed, a full or partial refund may not be available, subject to applicable law.

If your personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

3. Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, downloadable files are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Digital Order Cancellations

If your digital order has not yet been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, you may contact us to request cancellation.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the status of the order and applicable consumer protection laws.

If a digital file is defective, incorrect, or cannot be accessed, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you where applicable.

The suggested 7-day notification period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

5. Order Cancellations for Standard Physical Products

You may request cancellation of a standard physical product order before it has been shipped.

If the order has already shipped, the applicable return procedure will apply.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's fulfillment status and applicable law.

6. Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any mandatory refund deadlines under applicable law will take precedence.

7. Intellectual Property

All original illustrations, digital designs, patterns, and creative materials developed by Little Luna Design are protected by intellectual property laws.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
